5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Immediate Alpha, you agree to:

- Provide accurate information and complete required verification procedures
- Monitor your account regularly and review all trading activities
- Understand and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
- Not rely solely on automated trading for investment decisions

- Comply with all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Fees & Payments
Platform Fees
Creating an account on Immediate Alpha is free. We do not charge monthly subscription fees or upfront costs. Our revenue model is based on a small commission on profitable trades executed through our platform.
Broker Fees
Our partner brokers may charge their own fees, including spreads, commissions, overnight fees, and withdrawal fees. These fees are set by the brokers and are not controlled by Immediate Alpha. Please review your broker's fee schedule carefully.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are made directly with our partner brokers. The minimum deposit required is $250. Withdrawals are processed by the broker according to their policies, typically within 24-48 hours. We do not hold or control your funds.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Immediate Alpha — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of Immediate Alpha or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our platform
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from our platform
- Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
9. Third-Party Services
Immediate Alpha integrates with third-party services, including broker partners, payment processors, and identity verification providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We carefully select our partners but do not control their operations or guarantee their performance. We are not responsible for:
- Actions, policies, or service quality of third parties
- Losses resulting from third-party service failures
- Content or information provided by third parties

10. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

- Failure to complete required verification
- Extended period of inactivity

Effect of Termination
